Delivery Policy
- Delivery within Accra takes up to 2 business days.
- Delivery outside Accra takes up to 3 business days.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was received — unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
- Exchanges will not be accepted after 24 hours.
Refunds
- Refunds will only be issued if an item is not delivered within 10–15 business days.
- Once confirmed, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Important Notes
- Due to hygiene reasons, wigs and hair products that have been worn, installed, cut, or altered cannot be exchanged.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by us.
